Your activity must implement
SoftKeyboardStateWatcher.SoftKeyboardStateListener
Declare in your activity
protected SoftKeyboardStateWatcher mSoftKeyboardStateWatcher;
And run following code in onCreate:

mSoftKeyboardStateWatcher = new SoftKeyboardStateWatcher(root);

Now you have these methods:
